Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by providing essential administrative support, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. You will be responsible for maintaining communication between buyers and vendors, coordinating property viewings, and managing sales progression to deliver a high level of service and satisfaction to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Feedback Collection: Gather and analyse feedback from buyers post-viewing and ensure it is communicated effectively to vendors to support informed decision-making.
- Vendor Communication: Keep vendors updated regularly on the status of their property, ensuring they feel informed and valued throughout the sales process.
- Scheduling Property Viewings: Book and manage property viewings, ensuring all appointments are logged accurately and clients are confirmed in a timely manner.
- Sales Progression: Assist in the management of sales progression by liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other third parties to ensure the process runs smoothly from offer acceptance to completion.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documentation, managing correspondence, and ensuring all sales-related paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing activities as needed, including preparing property details, updating website listings, and coordinating promotional activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is preferred. Experience with sales administration, customer service, or property management is advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive Approach: Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude towards work. Ability to anticipate needs and work efficiently under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems or real estate software.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
