Mission
Ensures follow-up and analysis of site's profitability under budgetary objectives.
Offers and set up correctives action plans and improvement projects.
Analyzes special projects defined by Plant Finance Controller.

ACTIVITIES
Productivity
Is responsible of accounting framework beside exact cost of production
Animates and manage action plans (monitoring discard rates, updating ranges, nomenclatures,) to
assure accounting statements and exact cost of production adequacy

Pru and Hourly Rate
Participates to the PRU preparation and check its consistency in connection with the technical
department and update changes in the information system
Calculates Hourly rate

Profitabiity Studies of Positive
As part of progress strategy ensures financial issues’ analysis and make recommendations on priority
work axes
Participates in impact and projects’ profitability studies
Realizes studies on plant’s equipment return on investment
Analyses gaps between expected and real return on investment.
In case of cost price, margin or plant’s result change beside budget goals, analyse causes, sets and
follows action plans.
Analyses and follow every product margin

Budgeting and Reporting
Takes part in the follow-up of action plans budget with accounting department
Participates in budgetary approach
Ensures budget’s preparation with finance controller
Takes part in closing process with all the department
Participates in site’s monthly reporting actions towards internal and external clients (flash, monthly
reporting, rolling forecast)
Takes part of management control and inventory policy defined on the site
Can be solicited by Plant Finance controller to take part in or take over files in his area of responsibility
Progress
- Takes part in trade group to push forward management controller’s best practices

Participates in interns work groups which are in his area of responsibility or not

Professional accounting qualification or working towards
At least 3 years’ experience in cost controlling
Excellent MS, SAP, HFM skills
Analytical thinker
Strong communication skills
Pro-active and resourceful

Effective personal organisation
