A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Analyst to join a globally successful well established company based in Hounslow to provide commercial and finance support for a 9 month Fixed Term Contract. This will be a key role in the financeteam providing commercial finance support and partnering with key stakeholders across the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of month end accounts and related variance analysis.
- Preparation of accurate weekly profit 'flashes', annual budgets and other forecasts.
- Preparation of Investment Papers & pricing proposals for the region.
- Preparation and review of reporting on revenue collection and labour cost controls for the regions.
- Supporting the regional team on commercial and investment finance matters.
- Monthly review and analysis of station performance.
- Analysis and reporting of labour and equipment costs and identification of opportunities and cost efficiencies within these cost lines.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure performance meets set targets and forecasts.
- Capital expenditure reporting.
- Project support - assisting as required on new business opportunities & projects.
- Ad-hoc tasks, including customer reporting & analysis.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Part Qualified Accountant (or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills & ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel -VLOOK UPS, Pivot tables and SumIfs and Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience using Hyperion desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- Organised and able to work to tight deadlines and able to prioritise multiple simultaneous workloads.
- Ability to travel within with the UK&I at short notice.
