**Service Implementation Lead**

As a Barclays Service Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all key service deliverables have been identified and understood by the wider project team, as well as all new services are fit for use and are in place before the service goes live. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate, lead and galvanize internal teams and strategic partners to deliver the Products and Services Group wide. You will inspire cross functional teams, selling the vision for new ways of working across the Barclays group.

We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Engaging and agreeing service requirements with Incident, Problem, Change and ServiceFirst Teams
- Ensuring business service requirements built in to live service and tools as required
- Processing reviews and documenting changes in Services and management into Live Environment, operations manuals, runbooks and other process documentation
- You will ensure all operational readiness activities and requirements are completed within delivery timelines
- Developing Change Management plans to support effective deployment of change to impacted user groups
- Working with Business engagement teams on deployment plans and communication strategies
- Defining and managing the process of deploying and integrating IT capabilities into the business in a way that is sensitive to, and fully compatible with, business operations

**What we’re looking for**:

- ITIL foundation certificate ideally in Service Design, Service Transition and Service Operations
- Demonstrated the ability in good working relationships with Business and Technology teams to collate requirements, co-ordinate design work and drive the team
- Able to produce customer facing and helpdesk documentation to support a service roll out and for BAU support post Go Live
- Experience of service designs implementation for infrastructure services within large organisations

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience of end user and collaboration technologies
- Experience of owning relationships with suppliers, proven ability to drive supplier performance
- Solid knowledge of risk and control, able to design and implement processes with robust controls
- Experience of developing and documenting operational processes

**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
