I am currently recruiting a Temporary Assistant Accountant with SAP to work for a FMCG company based in London. The role will be working from home and will last 3 months.

**Client Details**

My client is a well known FMCG company who are looking to hire a Temporary Assistant Accountant with SAP on a temporary to permanent basis.

As this is a temporary role, my client is looking for someone who can start immediately and will be happy to commit to a 3 month position.

**Description**

**Temporary Assistant Accountant with SAP**

Manage and drive Account Receivables collection in cooperation with customers and internal sales team following to company's credit control processes

Conduct regular credit review and AR/AP aging, and take appropriate actions at the correct time when debts become overdue

Raise and allocate sales invoices

Reconcile AR/APs with customers

Reconcile bank statement, ensure payments received are posted correctly

Validate invoices for marketing and other activities, review supporting documents and agreed terms (prices/costs correctness, period allocation, duplicates, EPOS, accruals), prepare invoices for payment

Assist with preparation VAT returns

Prepare cash flow reports to help with cash flow planning

Liaise internally with other departments to manage difficulties with collections and resolve disputes

Collaborate with commercial finance and accounting to verify budgets and accruals

Support the delivery of internal and external audits requirements

Maintain good relationships with external customers and resolve B2B enquires

Develop and manage dashboard for own metrics

**Profile**
- RECENT SAP experience
- Worked in the FMCG sector
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of month end reporting
- Must be happy to commit to a 3 month role
