Axon Moore are recruiting a Financial Controller for a privately owned services business based in Bradford. The business sit in a rapidly growing market at the forefront of technology with a number of exciting years ahead as a finance team.
The business have seen 20% growth in revenue for the past 2 years, aligned with new contract wins this trend is expected to continue.
The role reports directly into theFinance Director & plays a key part in the company’s financial operations. You will be an integral component in driving business performance through offering yourself as business partner to non-finance stakeholders & assistin the production of credible MI. You will be responsible for accurate understanding, challenge & reporting of revenue, costs, fixed assets, stock as well as the wider balance sheet.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations within the company
- Production/review of monthly management accounts
- Consolidation of monthly financial accounts & feed into Board pack
- Lead & manage the finance team
- Offer insightful MI on spending trends & cost-saving initiatives
- Cash-flow forecasting
- Co-ordination of annual audit
In order to be considered for the role you must:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong line management skills
- Examples of streamlining processes
- Ability to meet deadlines
Salary/Package
- £55,000 - £65,000
- Hybrid working
