**What will you be doing?**
- Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry.
- Coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
- Providing support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications.
- Keeping clear records of learner progress, goal setting and achievements through our bespoke learner platform (training provided).
**What will you bring to the role?**
- Level 3 childcare Qualification or above recognised by Ofsted
- Extensive and relevant and current vocational experience in Childcare Settings
- Experience of Early Years curriculum framework (EYFS)
- Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills
- Ability to working autonomously
**It would be great if you had**
- Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
- Experience of managing a childcare setting
- Previous experience of delivering training in your sector
- Experience of working with or alongside apprentices in your current or previous role
