Barista/waitress

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while preparing a variety of beverages and food items. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring that every drink is crafted to perfection. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining basic maths skills for accurate billing.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Uphold the quality of products by following recipes and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to help create a welcoming atmosphere.
