The role of Marketing at WTW is to support the company's growth and revenue goals as well as to protect and promote a consistent global brand. As trusted business advisors, the marketing group functions as an integrated global team providing comprehensive supportto all business segments and regions through well planned and executed marketing campaigns.
In this position, you will be a member of the geography marketing team with responsibilities to project manage and coordinate marketing tactics in support of a variety of marketing campaigns across GB & Ireland. To be effective, you will collaborate closelywith marketing and business colleagues in an intellectually challenging, yet supportive environment.
You will work with marketing partners to execute marketing projects that:
1) support the company’s growth and revenue goals and;
2) protect and promote a consistent global brand.
**The Role**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Clients**:

- In consultation with geo marketers, project manage a variety of marketing campaigns that create follow-up opportunities/lead generation.
- Assist the marketing team in development of content like infographics, videos, web presence, social media, PR, digital and live events, etc.
- Ensure marketing activity data is managed for better targeting and to measure impact of activities.
- Help drive demand generation with leads reports deliverable to the business.
- Work with marketing team members to drive campaigns, execute projects and troubleshoot issues.

**Excellence and Innovation**:

- Use WTW’s marketing tools for effective campaign management, lead generation and tracking.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and innovate in consultation with geo marketers.
- Be a brand champion.
- Focus on the lead management processes, update marketing databases and develop analytics dashboards.

**Financial**:

- Provide insights to the marketers and business around the effectiveness of marketing activities / campaigns and the ROI.
- Work across marketing teams to have a standardised approach to qualifying Marketing Qualified Leads down the funnel.
- Help identify and track Marketing Influenced Revenue (MIR).

**People**:

- Foster collaboration and coordination with marketing colleagues and understand different roles and responsibilities within the sales and marketing organisation.
- Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders to effectively establish marketing objectives and ensure full support for the marketing strategy and plans.
- Help marketing colleagues across GB & Ireland to effectively project manage campaigns and projects.
- Develop and update relevant marketing skills, including specialized areas (e.g., social media, product marketing, outbound marketing tools, webcasts, etc.)

**Travel**:
**The Requirements**:

- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally gained within a financial services, professional services, human resources consulting or start-up environment.
- Proven marketing experience in developing and executing campaigns, leveraging digital marketing content and channels, demand generation, managing analytics and using marketing tools.
- Digital native to online tools like LinkedIn, Google Advertising, etc.
- Systematic, methodological, excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional project management skills to effectively manage multiple requests and deadlines in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focused.
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of marketing technologies (Marketo, MS Dynamics, Cvent, Webex, Sitecore) a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business is preferred.
