Local authority in the Nottinghamshire area are looking for a Junior Building Surveyor to join their expanding property services team.

Purpose of the role:
To provide a full range of building surveying functions, including programming and carrying out surveys, preparation of drawings and job specific work schedules and project management for large and complex projects, including the provision of disabled adaptations.

To assist with the compilation and analysis of data and information in relation to housing standards, business plans and stock investment strategies
- Initially 6 months contract with a view to then going into a permanent role within the councils structure.
- £15 - £20 an hour
- 37 hours a week
- Flexible working
- The council encourages applicants who are looking to complete qualifications and will support through this process
