IT Scheduler Coordinator Hardware Moves and Changes Planner
Our client, a multinational banking institute is currently seeking an outgoing, experienced IT Scheduler Coordinator to work within a busy team based in London City.
Role Overview
The role of the IT Scheduler is to monitor and coordinate ongoing Refresh BAU/Projects to upgrade devices within a financial establishment. The requests come in via the Bank’s service management tool, (ITSM tool).
The scheduler will be the main point of contact for the customer requiring Refresh. It is their responsibility to schedule the work in the engineer’s queue it is vital that the requests are actioned in a timely manner. General administrative duties pertaining to the smooth running of the Refresh department. These duties include organising the engineers, liaising with Bank associates where required, maintaining databases and coordinating monthly reports.
This is a non-technical role however some basic technical skills and an understanding of Information Technology will be beneficial. Awareness of Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM tool) or a similar tool would be beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities & Attributes
- Liaise with Customer Stakeholders
- Reviewing warranty and lease on existing devices
- Scheduling and organising assigned engineers.
- Weekly reporting and presenting Data of outstanding and proposed refresh works
- Strong communication and articulate skills
- Methodical, analytical customer facing skills
- Client facing and problem resolving
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Monthly records updated with all relevant information at all times
- Coordinate with build team to ensure refresh are scheduled with enough time in advance for them to be built
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment ideally in the financial sector
- Proactive attitude to ensure scheduling task is completed
- Excellent time management and task planning
- Articulate communication skills with a can do attitude
- Be flexible to a rapidly changing environment
Please note this is a Full time office-based position. The opportunity has been determined as inside IR35 and will require working through an Umbrella company.

**Salary**: £21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
