**Azure Infrastructure Analyst**
**Tasks**:

- As a member of the Support & Operations team, you will provide Infrastructure Support for Solidsoft Reply Healthcare Managed Service Customers
- Manage and maintain Azure based infrastructure including (but not limited to) patching & updates, certificate management, and security
- Provide service improvement recommendations and work to improve service provision and alignment to business needs
- Support distributed micro services architecture and Support release deployments
- Ensure the stability, performance and efficiency of complex systems that may not have a GUI

**Qualifications**:

- Computer Science/IT based degree required
- Microsoft Azure knowledge, ideally with an Azure certification, is essential
- Good working knowledge of Windows Server Infrastructure, Azure DevOps, Service Management, Infrastructure as Code
- Significant understanding of Querying Data Sources (E.g. Microsoft Azure Application Insights, Cosmos DB, SQL Server)
- Required knowledge of Network & Data Security
- Ideally, you'll have an ITIL v3 certification
- Fluency in French would be advantageous
