PFS Group Limited is an established Fire & Security Company based in Southend, Essex. We continue to experience rapid growth in all areas of the business and are looking to expand our Procurement Team. We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to add to our team due to the growth experienced. The role will include full training so no prior knowledge of the industry is required.

**The Team**

The Procurement Team works closely with our Small Works Team which consists of Coordinators, Engineers and a Supervisor, and Estimations Team which consists of Junior Estimators, Estimators, an Administrator and Estimation Manager.

**Training**

Training outside of industry specific areas will also be provided. You will receive training on our CRM system, internal processes for streamline working and workload management from the Estimation Manager. Any and all questions are welcome during and after the training period. There’s a lot to learn in the industry with evolving technology and techniques. Continual training will be provided throughout employment upon request or business needs.

**The Role Breakdown**

Below is a breakdown of the main duties and tasks that will form this role:

- Processing purchases for materials needed for quoted works
- Communicating with suppliers to update lead times and costs for materials
- Monitoring the department inbox for requests and more
- Updating our CRM system to show the most up to date prices
- Working with our Works Team to ensure all engineers have the required parts for their jobs
- Assisting with the stock management at our head office
- Maintaining compliance to company procedures and the relevant industry standards
- Assisting the Estimations Team when sourcing new part costs
- Working to deadlines to ensure customers receive the best service possible
- Communicating with all teams to work to a solution when needed
- Potentially dropping off urgent parts to engineers or storage locations

**Driving licence preferred.**
