**Debt Recovery Administrator**
**£22,000 to £24,000 per annum**
**Full Time Permanent; Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week**

Residential Management Group Ltd is a large, established, market leading property management company and due to ongoing growth we are recruiting a Debt Recovery Administrator to join our Debt Recovery team and support the Debt Recovery Team Leader in providingefficient services to the Back Office and Property Managers.
**The Role of the Debt Recovery Administrator**
- Control and Manage the relationship with Property Managers.
- To produce reports which can be sent to Property Managers to review before meetings showing the current debt position.
- Plan, organise and schedule meetings with Property Managers to include a review of all debt on hold.
- Ensure all operational problems are rapidly analysed and resolved so there is minimum business impact.
- Reporting to include identifying trends, potential problems and opportunities and propose and implement ways in which performance can be improved.
- Contribute as required to the definition of targets, standards and service levels to ensure these meet the needs both of RMG and the customer.
- Participate as required in the development, maintenance of procedures, systems and processes to support effective delivery of operational activities, and manage the effective implementation of and changes and development into the work of the team.
- Resolve customer queries and issues escalated from the Property Managers further escalating significant problems as appropriate and identifying and highlighting trends/emerging issues to enable their early resolution and to report findings.

- Participate in projects in assigned areas, ensuring responsibilities as part of the project team are delivered to plan.
- Provide support as required to other teams and team managers to support the effective functioning of the business unit.
**Skills & Experience of the Debt Recovery Administrator**
- Ability to be able to analyse and interpret data and use this information to challenge individuals
- Strong individual who can challenge and be challenged on a variety of issues.
- Relevant commercial and financial understanding
- Understanding of business objectives and key result areas
- Demonstrate the ability to make decisions both independently and collaboratively, having first evaluated all options.Support decisions with factual information.
- Excellent at building good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to balance different objectives
- Highly organised, forward thinking, taking a lateral approach to problem solving
- Maintain high standards of professionalism being polite and courteous to both internal and external parties at all times.
- Have a proven work ethic striving to constantly improve personal performance while working towards team objectives
- Communicate in well written and professional manner making sure all work is correctly formatted with grammar and spelling checked before being sent.
- Use of Microsoft programmes Outlook and Excel at an intermediate / advanced level
