**Head of International Opportunities for Students**
**Role Profile**

**Purpose of Role**
The Head of International Opportunities for Students leads central and regional teams [AC1] [CK2] to operationalise iSP’s International Opportunities Strategy, ensuring quality programmes from design and development through to implementation and evaluation across our network of schools.
ISP’s International Opportunities for Students are a curated suite of programmes which provides our students with a wide range of innovative, best-in-class intercultural learning opportunities. Through these programmes, students find their passions while developing a range of life competencies and that are central to becoming positive, active global citizens and supporting them to reach their destination of choice beyond their time with ISP.

**Head of International Opportunities for Students Key Responsibilities**
- Take a project management approach to lead work to operationalise iSP’s International Opportunities Strategy, underpinned by iSP’s approach to learning, Learning.First., an internal quality assurance and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Effectively lead the International Opportunities Central Team including in the development and implementation of the programs, ensuring quality and consistency across the group.
- Responsible for working closely the Safety and Safeguarding Team to ensure that ISP’s Health and Safety and Child Protection and other relevant policies are fully implemented.
- Lead engagement with internal stakeholders and ISP corporate and central services to develop and execute end-to-end policies and procedures ensuring the professional delivery of programmes.
- In close collaboration with Learning colleagues, regions and schools, drive and scale initiatives with the goal of increased alignment, quality and programme efficiency across our network of schools.
- Lead regional and school teams to take ownership of events, increasing the accessibility, impact, and scalability of the International Opportunities.
- Effectively manage the budgeting and planning for programmes as well as managing contacts, vendors, specialists, contractors and consultants, achieving best value for the organization.
- Collect and analyse data and evaluation feedback to measure the impact of International Opportunities for Students, the efficiency of their delivery and student and staff outcomes and experience with the aim of continuous improvement.
- Lead engagement with internal stakeholders to actively communicate offering, best practice and promote engagement in programmes.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in a related field.

**Skills and Experience**
- Highly skilled in programme, project (including budget development and monitoring) and change management.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Skilled in collecting, analysing, reporting data to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Skilled in leveraging technology for programme design and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (preferably within a matrix structure).
