**About the role**:
Due to high demand, we are looking for a skilled Mobile Cleaning Operative to join the team and work across multiple sites across the Crewe area. The successful applicant must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
**Shift Pattern**:
This will be a flexible role, which varies between Monday to Friday, between the hours of 06:00 - 22:00. This can include evenings and/or mornings. Working hours may vary between 2 to 20 hours per week.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Working across multiple sites across Crewe area.
Cleaning communal areas
Properly handle and dispose of waste according to guidelines.
Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functional.
Communicate maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
Keep accurate records of cleaning activities for compliance.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, using PPE as needed.
Respond to emergency cleaning situations effectively.
Collaborate with cleaning and staff for a clean environment.

**Requirements**:
Full UK Driving Licence and access to vehicle
Proven experience as a Cleaning Operative or similar role
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to management
