Systems Trainer for Online Tutors

As we continue to grow rapidly, we are excited to invite an experienced and motivated trainer to join our close-knit team and play a crucial role in training our new tutors in our internal systems and software through video chat (Zoom).

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and efficient training sessions, primarily on a one-to-one basis, over Zoom with occasional group sessions.
- Familiarize tutors with our systems, software, and internal processes, ensuring they are well-equipped for success.
- Utilize your proficiency to deliver clear and concise training materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to training and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team to continually enhance our training program's effectiveness.
- Enjoy being part of a close-knit team, working together to deliver outstanding tutoring services.

- A 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to start at 10:30 AM and end at 6:30 PM.
