**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

Our operation requires a self-motivated leader with excellent verbal communication skills to support the expansion of our business to offer services across 7 days a week where you will ensure safe and efficient running of daily operations.

We welcome new ideas and initiatives with support and investment available to make changes where the business sees fit.

First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Narrow Ailse forklift qualifications would be ideal but not essential. Full training can be provided.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

This is a Thursday to Monday role, 08:00 - 16:30.

Reporting into the Warehouse Manager, you will lead and motivate a small team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily despatch targets, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy whilst upholding our health and safety standards.

Main duties to include:

- Opening and closing of site.
- Support core warehouse functions such as receiving stock, order pick and pack, returns and waste management.
- Update and maintain internal electronic systems.
- Order and stock error resolutions.
- Team training and development - including monitoring sickness/absence and completing return to work documents.
- Managing staffing levels - including team breaks, overtime and temporary positions.
- Producing stock replenishment and counting reports.
- Ordering of warehouse consumables.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
