Barista Specialist

**We are looking for an outstanding Front of House Team Member / Barista to join our Lovebaking team at our London store at the Royal Hospital Chelsea.**

Heidi is an expanding bakery and coffee-shop brand with 7 stores around Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and London.

We are looking for someone to join the team and our store in Chelsea on a full-time basis to create memorable experiences.

Our philosophy is simple: let our food do the talking.

We're a family business and bake everything from scratch in-house, importing many of our ingredients from the Continent in order to make sure our product stands out in the high-street. We don’t buy anything pre-made.

We follow the same philosophy with our coffee, using the best quality machinery, beans and methods to produce a truly fantastic cup.

The position will cover the following responsibilities:

- To serve high numbers of customers with a friendly, efficient and polite manner.
- To work with other team members productively.
- To uphold the high standard of all food and drink we serve to every customer through training and experience.
- To ensure we provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment at all times.
- Must be an experienced barista and able to work in a fast-paced coffee shop environment including some back of house work.
- Service of alcohol and some basic food preparation duties.

Opening times of our store: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday) and 9am to 5pm (Sunday and Bank Holidays).

Required experience:

- Hospitality/Barista experience essential: 1 year
- Flexible attitude to working hours. Position offers full time hours per week with room for additional shifts.

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends & occasional evenings (private events).

Pay: £13.85 per hour
