We are looking for a full time Production Assistant to assist the Production Team in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of all script deliverables to our clients.

Main purposes of the job are:

- To uphold each client booking through to its successful completion.
- Administer all client and supplier queries promptly to maintain daily operational throughput.
- Communicate effectively across all departments on internal topics, ensuring the Production team perform as part of a highly resourceful and effective organisation.

Key tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Implement and monitor each booking, having a full understanding of each phase from quoting through to delivery.
- Continuous monitoring of all job deadlines to ensure these are met within good time, and forward plan to resolve any deliveries that may be in jeopardy.
- Approve assets to check they meet all client specifications.
- Respond to incoming client and freelancer queries regarding ongoing jobs, in a professional and helpful manner.
- Trouble-shoot queries from freelancers and suppliers regarding on-going jobs.
- Prepare job costings and assist with invoice queries.
- Assist the Production Coordinator with scheduling and assigning.
- Administer complaints promptly and effectively, copying in the Production Manager where necessary.
- Assist the Production Manager with ad-hoc tasks:
Updating departmental documentation

Demonstrating and sharing knowledge and experience with new hires.

Participation in the updating and improvement of department processes and tools.

Required skill set:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- At least 1 year's administration experience
- Proven communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to think quickly, multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
- Self-motivation and proven ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent IT skills including ability to learn new software/programmes quickly; proficiency in Word & Outlook; and experience of Access and Excel preferred.
- A basic understanding of broadcast and/or digital video/ftp technology an advantage.
- Flexible team player.

**This is an admin based role within a media production company and will not involve visiting tv or film sets. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm.**

**Role can be 100% office based, hybrid or 100% remote.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
