**New Permanent Opportunity - Facilities Manager - Multi-site - Exeter - £33,000**

- The opportunity to lead the facilities function for a leading FM service provider on a long-term contract.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of facilities professionals in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting, responsible for delivering outstanding levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities**
- Leading a small team of facilities professional to deliver a safe, efficient and customer focused service.
- Managing specialist facilities professionals to support the delivery of maintenance services across a portfolio of 50+ sites in Devon
- Holding responsibility for H&S across the sites.
- Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reporting
- Stakeholder management

**About you**
- Experience of managing a team of 5+ facilities professionals including maintenance and cleaning
- Experience of working as a Facilities Manager covering multiple sites
- Exceptional levels of customer service and standards.
- Outstanding levels of communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills - reporting and data management
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification - desirable
