**Your role**:
To hold senior responsibilities in providing a high-quality business analysis service to both internal and external partners working in the field of digital reform. To provide technical and strategic guidance to inform the Greater Manchester Combined Authority’sbusiness analysis function, including process mapping, requirements capture, market research, options appraisal, leading workshops, and supporting solution design. To assist in the design and implementation of new digital solutions. To engage where relevantwith partners from across the public sector to ensure appropriate engagement to ensure that business analysis informs Greater Manchester’s strategic and operational approach to digital investment and innovation.

**About you**:

- Good understanding of business analysis techniques including e.g MoSCoW
- Strong analytical capacity with a high-level of written, numerical and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills
- Excellent ICT skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experienced in the use of IT for data analysis and presentation (e.g. Excel, Visio)
- Ability to effectively communicate the results of analysis to a variety of audiences
- Experience of customer-centred design and agile practices to help deliver better user experience in ICT solutions
- Exposure to working in a project environment
