We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Marketing and School Partnerships Team as an Administrator, at our Ellesmere Port and Chester campuses. We are looking for a strong administrator to join us in our fast-paced environment within the education sector. You may have a Business Administration Qualification and/or Level 3 IT Qualification and is looking for a new challenge.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an excellent approach to customer service including dealing promptly with internal and external customers and enquiries in an efficient, courteous and welcoming manner;
- Is able to deal responsibly with confidential issues;
- Can demonstrate keen organisation and prioritisation skills;
- Has a calm manner in dealing with tight deadlines and working under pressure ;
- Can demonstrate their ability to use their initiative as well as to work as an effective team member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including report writing, internal and external correspondence, organising mail, placing orders, meeting preparation and note-taking
- Support the organisation and maintenance of College administrative systems, including compliance checks.
- Maintain paper based and computer systems including data entry, data analysis, interrogation and maintenance of audit and information trails.
- Act as a point of contact, dealing with enquiries from staff, learners and external contacts, which may include face to face contact, receiving and distributing of messages, booking of appointments and supporting College events and activities; _and_
- Promote the welfare of children and young people.
Key Person Specification Requirements:
- GCSE Grade C _(4/5)_ or above in English and Maths;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- IT qualification or demonstrable appropriate skills;
- Experience of using IT packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint; _and_
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
