**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable experience for all patrons.
**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service while taking orders and answering queries.
- Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and helping where necessary.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Bartending experience is a plus, with an understanding of cocktail preparation being beneficial.
- Excellent time management abilities to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- A willingness to help others and work collaboratively within a team setting.
