**Your Responsibilities**:
**Sell, Onboard, Manage, Develop**
**As an ADM, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing B2B clients and selling to pre-qualified new opportunities.**
**You will be supported by our Account service managers, Provisioning, Helpdesk and finance teams to ensure you are able to carry out your role to the highest quality.**
**Key Objectives: SELL**
- **Discovery Call -**Auditing, reviewing, and consulting on prospects’ telecommunications solution
- **Follow up -**Product Demo’s / Trials, Proposal
- **Close -**Contract signing
**Key Objectives: On-Board**
- **Plan and execute On-boarding projects with a client, agree on key milestones**:
- **Plan On-boarding projects with internal stakeholders_ (provisioning team, helpdesk, suppliers)_**:
- **Oversea on-boarding, report to all parties**:
- **Sign off On-boarding and embed client with Helpdesk team**
**Key Objectives: Manage**
- **Quarterly account review - Master list accuracy, financial statements, service reports, feedback, Escalations**:
- **Monthly Internal Review - SLA’s, Feedback score, account planning**:
- **Identify upsell opportunities**:
- **Contract Renewal’s, Retention**
**Key Objectives: Develop**
- **Understand your customer's business and help your client plan an effective communication strategy, document a plan for consolidation**:
- **Execute customers strategy by selling additional Citycom products and services**:
- **Develop relationships with multiple decision-makers, to capture all available opportunities**
