Pi Planning Administrator

On behalf of AMS, Nationwide are seeking for a **PI Planning Administrator within the Common Infrastructure Technology (CIT) Department **for a **6 month Temporary **contract with the **possibility of extension,** with a **hybrid working schedule working** between **Nationwide Swindon Offices and Remotely.**
We’re looking for an **experienced Administrator** to join our team. We're offering an **hourly rate of £12.00** **with a hybrid working schedule between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday**

**About the role**:
**This role sits within the** **Common Infrastructure Technology (CIT) Department working within Resourcing and Planning. You will handle large amounts of data and carry out a range of administration tasks making your day varied. You will work closely with our PI Planning Event, managing data, data analysis, use of Excel and spreadsheets, working with laptop requests and permissions, manage mail boxes, communicate internally and externally within Departments.**

**About you**
If you’ve got an administration background, if you’re a confident communicator and looking to take on a new challenge, this could be just the job for you. You’ll also be comfortable using a computer or laptop and hold previous experience with use of Outlook, Excel, MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
You don’t need Project Planning experience, you’ll be fully trained. What’s important is that you want to get things right for our members. And we’re not just looking for your experience and skills. - Be comfortable using a desktop/laptop computer.

- Work well within a team - Our team is of 20-25 people so you will be communicating regularly within the team
- Be able to attend Swindon Offices once a fortnight (Pipers Way or Ramsbury House) and attend our PI Planning Event that happens once every 3 months for 2 days based in Swindon to ensure the smooth running of the event
