**THE ROLE**

We are looking for an energetic and talented FinancialForce implementation specialist to join our growing team in the EMEA region. You should have a good understanding of FinancialForce Accounting (FFA) as well as other accounts solutions and technologies and have carried out many implementations of FFA across multiple countries.

Working within our team within the EMEA region as well as our Global project team, you will be involved in the delivery of significant global transformation project.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
**DELIVERY**
- Implement and support FinancialForce accounting solutions and projects across a multi company environment.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve environment problems during UAT and Production hypercare
- Demonstrate OOB system functionality to stakeholders

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
- Identify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner to the Program/Project Managers
- Manage Stakeholder Expectations and be able to communicate status of issues and impacts with relevant business sponsors and process owners
- Provide input to project plans and timelines

**EXPERIENCE**
**REQUIRED**
- Previous knowledge of FinancialForce Accounting, SFDC and related Add-ins
- Prior Cloud accounting Implementation experience with FFA or similar
- Must have experience juggling multiple country implementations simultaneously
- Quick learning skills and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Works well in a global environment and team

**DESIRABLE**
- Previous knowledge of ERP or Accountancy software products (e.g. Sage 50, Sage 200, NetSuite)
- Prior Cloud accounting Implementation experience or similar
- Salesforce knowledge
- Understand client’s back-office accounting process and data requirements and assist in translating those requirements into the accounting solution
- Experience should demonstrate a deep understanding of finance especially AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax, and revenue recognition
- International accounting knowledge is an added bonus
