We've built a sales machine at Homemove - and the stats are clear - those that call the most, sell the most. It's as simple as that. That's why we need a super hungry and determined telesales person who wants to topple the current 'King of Surveys'.
**Why this role is different**

- **Earnings that scale.** Competitive base plus uncapped commission; smash targets and help hire the next rep.
**What you’ll be doing**
- **Discovery calls** - uncover property type, budget and risk appetite; match the right survey product.
- **Quotation & follow-up** - issue same-day quotes, chase decisively and turn “thinking about it” into “booked”.
- **Pipeline liaison** - coordinate with our national panel of RICS surveyors to lock in dates and manage reschedules.
- **Upsell & cross-sell** - spot opportunities for add-ons (valuation, damp testing, snagging) that protect the client and boost revenue.
- **Customer delight** - stay in touch post-survey, explain findings in plain English and harvest referrals to other areas of the business.
**You’ll thrive here if you**
- Have **12-36 months** of B2C sales (property, conveyancing, insurance, utilities or similar).
- Love a **high-activity desk**—100+ calls and 100 quotes a day is your comfort zone.
- Can translate technical jargon (differential settlement, rising damp) into “here’s what it means for you”.
- Are **money-motivated** and see every lead as lost or won.
- Juggle multiple diaries without dropping a ball, thanks to legendary attention to detail.
- Collaborate happily with surveyors, brokers and ops to keep the customer journey seamless.
Package & benefits
- **Basic salary £23.4 k - £28 k** (DOE) + **uncapped commission**; realistic **OTE £60 k+** in year one.

Pay: £23,400.00-£28,000.00 per year
