**About The Role**
**Qualifications**
Essential:
- 5 GCSE (9*-4/A*-C) (or equivalent) including English and maths
**Roles/Responsibilities**
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and check all paperwork associated with new starters
- Create and maintain employee files
- Prepare all paperwork associated with leavers and archive eFiles
- Filing, scanning, organising of paperwork
- Raise purchase requisitions
- Support Plant Assistant role during planned and unplanned absence periods
- Maintain and update relevant HR systems
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and scanning duties
- Gather data for and complete weekly and monthly HR reports
- Liaise with external service providers: OCC Health, recruitment agencies, workwear providers.
