- Due to re-organisation this leading retail business in Runcorn is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join an established team. _

**Outline duties**:

- Collecting overdue debt to deadlines on specified account range
- Posting daily cash and cheque receipts onto the accounting system
- Reconciling accounts
- Taking credit card payments via PDQ terminal
- Compiling ageing reports
- Writing and updating excel spreadsheets
- General department administration duties
- Preparing manual invoices & posting onto customer accounts
- Liaising with other departments

**Personal profile**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Organised
- Work well as part of a team
- A strong problem solver
- IT literate, Word & Excel
