Are you looking for a long-term night shift with temp-to-perm opportunities, free parking, and attractive rates of over £10.59 per hour? We are recruiting experienced Counterbalance and Reach Drivers to join a major distribution centre. You must possess CBand Reach licences, ideally with a minimum of 12 months experience.
The hours of work are:
AM shift - Monday to Friday 0600AM - 1430PM
PM shift - Monday to Friday 1400PM - 2230PM
The rate of pay is £10.59 per hour for AM shift and £11.56 per hour for the PM shift.
The company are looking to offer long-term days (rotating shift) positions, they also offering excellent amenities including a canteen and spacious working conditions, you need to be happy to work with alcohol.
- Official Counterbalance and Reach certification (RTITB, ITTSAR etc) - in-house licences are not accepted
- Happy to work with alcohol
- Ability to comfortably pass both written and practical aptitude tests using the MHE
- Flexible approach to working hours including nights
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Safe and responsible Driver, practicing observation at all times
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Duties involve regular and repetitive light, medium and heavy lifting
- Operating the MHE in sometimes very narrow gangways and loading wagons within very tight deadlines
