Job Title**:Care Worker**
- 8 hours shifts
- Full time
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or residential care facilities
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client's condition to supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures
**Skills**:
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Note: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant certifications are preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
