**The Post**
One of the Government’s main priorities is to ensure that all forms of homelessness and rough sleeping is reduced. At Brent Council, we are very committed and passionate about this.
We have received funding from Ministry of, Housing, Communities and Local Government for a full time Rough Sleeper Navigator positions to work with rough sleepers to navigate pathways for a life away from the streets. The post holder will act as a single point of contact for rough sleepers and work with this client group in a person-centred way to ensure sustainable outcomes around housing are achieved.

We are looking for an exceptional team player who has the skills and qualities that are needed to transform and rebuild the lives of men and women who have been sleeping rough for a long time or are trapped in a cycle of repeat rough sleeping.
As part of our expanded Rough Sleepers Team, you will engage positively and persistently with rough sleepers to build their trust and help them to obtain housing suited to their needs.
To meet the requirements of this exciting role, you will have a passion for collaborative multi-agency work, you will be an adept problem solver, and you will have a proven ability to inspire and motivate people.
