**Bank Administrator | Allied Services | Spire Liverpool | L18 | Flexible Working | Various Shifts Available**
Spire Liverpool Hospital are looking to recruit Bank Administrators to join our fantastic and dedicated team. This role will be in our Allied Services team covering X-Ray and Physiotherapy.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Responsible for creating a relaxed and helpful atmosphere in order to maintain a high standard of hospital/patient/consultant liaison.
- Opening and closing of department working within a shift pattern between 07.45am - 8.00pm
- To arrange appointments by liaising with consultants and their secretaries.
- Answering telephone queries and taking appropriate action.
- To register all patients and update information onto computer as appropriate.
- To be familiar with Spire computer package SAP and RIS.
- To confirm details of appointments via letter.
- To maintain appointment diaries.
- To adhere to the hospital Health and Safety policy and any other relevant policies
- To prepare consultant clinic lists and registration forms.
- Making appointments in RIS for Imaging.
- Projecting a friendly professional image when greeting arrivals at reception
**Who we're looking for**:
- Experience working in an administration and/or customer service type role would be desired
- Must have outstanding customer care, verbal and written skills experience and have proven computer literacy to include Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience/understanding of the private healthcare/hospital setting would be beneficial
- To be able to work on own initiative and/or as part of a team
- To remain calm, positive and confident in difficult or stressful situations
