Due to continued growth DeMontfort Fine Art is looking for a Production Operative to work in our fast-paced framing department within our Operations Centre in Lichfield. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy the practical side and have been involved in joinery/manufacturing or production industries.

**The Role**

The role encompasses the complete manufacturing process of frame production including but not limited to measuring, cutting, under pinning, assembly and final inspection.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Please note on a typical day you may complete 1 or more of the below tasks**
- Accurate measurement of picture frame moulding.
- Accurate measurement of glass or composite
- Manual material handling
- Basic setting/operation of the moulding saw
- Basic setting/operation of the Excalibur vertical cutter
- Basic setting/operation of the Alpha under pinner
- Artwork frame assembly
- Final inspection
- Wrapping and Packaging
- Stocktaking

- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to learn new skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility on hours and overtime including Saturday AM working
- Reliable

- Work accurately at pace
