**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team who is confident in structural work, extensions, lofts and dental renovation work. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship as well as job management and hitting time frames.

**Responsibilities**
- being able to work from both structural and architectural drawings
- Being able to manage 1-2 people
- compliance with safety regulations.
- being able to complete ground and drainage work
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying
- being able to to structural alterations including steel work
- Plumb fixtures and ensure proper drainage systems are in place
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Builder or in a similar construction role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of extensions, loft conversions and general refurbishment work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork on-site.
- own a van (but is not necessary) it will be allowed for in the day rate if so
