**Job Description**:
The purpose of the role will be to understand and support the Hubs Training Function within Hubs and Logistics. Support Hub Trainers with admin and training duties,create and produce training material in line with DPD Group guidelines using Rise 360. Confident in all DPD way activities.

To work with INTEC business college to study for CIPD level 3 Learning and Development qualification. The apprentice will work closely for the Hub Training team while reporting to the Innovation Manager.

Completing department based projects,supporting the trainers with Agency onboarding, H&S,SOP, HOP basic Training.

Supporting the department with constant monitoring of the Skills Matrix using DPD way to ensure our People are trained to the satisfactory standard.

The individual is expected to understand the delivery of the management training courses that the hub trainers will be in charge of.A great level of constant communication with the hub Training team is required.Attend and participate in team meetings.

Have one to ones with the Hub Training Manager and regular catch ups with the Hub Quality and Training Manager.

Be able to work and travel across multi sites across Hinckley, Oldbury and Smethwick.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all new sortation operatives and agency staff are fully trained in SOPs & HOPs for the relevant Hub and skills database and DPD way reflect.
- Support and assist the continuous improvement of Hub quality audits by delivering training to an excellent standard
- Highlighting any potential areas of improvement to the Hub Training Manager
- Escalating any non compliance to the Hub Training Manager.
- Identifying potential gaps in training for sortation operatives and escalating if necessary to the Hub Training Manager.
- Assist in creating Tool Box Talks and briefs.
- Prepare ad-hoc training materials as requested by the Hub training manager.
- Understand, support and coordinate with delivery of management training courses.
- Support the hub by ensuring all hub operatives are trained, and identifying any risks that may impact the score of the hubs’ LRQA audits.
- To attend mandatory training sessions including IOSH.

**Key Measures of Performance**
- Timely and adequate delivery of recurrent training as well as new starter inductions for hub operatives
- Clear understanding of all contents and materials that the hub trainers deliver
- Quality and presentation of training documentation and delivered training.
- Successful completion and award in CIPD level 3 Learning and Development qualification.
