We are looking for Sales Assistants to join our team and become one of the friendly faces behind our Whitby Store

**We require**:
**1 Part-Time Permanent Sales Assistant To Work Between 16-24 Hours Per Week (Depending On Your Availability) Over 2-3 Days.**

**1 Full-Time Permanent Sales Assistant To Work Between 32-40 Hours Per Week (Depending On Your Availability) Over 4-5 Days.**

**We Are Flexible & Will Be Happy To Discuss Your Availability.**

As a Sales Assistant you will be the face of our company providing customers with excellent service at all times while helping them quit smoking for good To do so you will need experience with electronic cigarettes (preferably a current user).

You will need to be a genuine people person who can bring your enthusiasm and energy to work with you every day.

- Hard Working, go above & beyond to serve the needs of your customers and the organisation.
- Good Attitude, _be a genuine people person_, always positive and friendly bringing your passion & enthusiasm for Vaping to the role and using it to build brand loyalty.
- Experienced, worked in a customer service & sale-based industry
- An electronic cigarette user with industry knowledge.

**The Role**

**You will be expected to**:

- Serve customers.
- Help every customer find the item that suits their needs.
- Be friendly and build brand loyalty with our customers.
- Work towards targets and goals.
- Practice _Challenge 25_.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks.
- Receive deliveries and restock the shelves.
