We are looking for an experienced full time Receptionist to join a prestigious firm in central Winchester. The role is a support role that will be client facing working in the office Monday to Friday.

**The Role**:

- Meeting and Greeting visitors
- Maintaining the meeting room calendars and scheduling
- Preparing refreshments for client meetings
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, franking and posting
- Trips to the post office when needed
- Answering the telephones, taking messages accurately
- Unlocking fire exits daily
- Ensuring the offices windows are opened and shut daily
- Maintaining the stationery for the office and replenishing
- Maintaining and updating staff holiday rotas
- Archiving and ad hoc tasks when required to support wider teams

**The Person**:

- This role will suit someone that has experience as a corporate Receptionist
- Someone who understands the pivotal role this person plays within the business
- A reliable, professional, efficient and approachable person
- Experience working on a busy Reception role is essential
- Have the ability to multitask and remain calm
- Be able to communicate effectively and patiently with clients and colleagues

This is a permanent full-time role that will be office based. The hours are 8.45 am until 5pm daily.
