**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Housekeeping Supervisor** to lead the housekeeping operations across our serviced apartment buildings in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage a small team, uphold exceptional cleanliness standards, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our properties. While you will have a primary location, flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally support other sites within our portfolio depending on business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead daily housekeeping operations for your designated apartment building.
- Supervise and support a team of housekeeping room attendants, linen porters, and public area cleaners.
- Schedule and delegate daily tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas are covered.
- Conduct regular inspections of apartments and public spaces to ensure consistent cleanliness and presentation.
- Maintain accurate stock levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities; manage usage and order replenishments as needed.
- Train and coach new and existing staff, promoting high performance and morale.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback.
- Collaborate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Keep records of room status updates, staff schedules, and performance data.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or operational concerns to the Housekeeping Manager / General Manager.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous management or supervisory experience within a housekeeping role, ideally within a hotel or serviced apartment setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Working knowledge of cleaning practices and health & safety procedures.
- Basic computer literacy (for reports, schedules, and inventory tracking).

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
