We are a modern chain of dental practices in and around London delivering world-class dentistry. Due to successful growth, we now have an opportunity for a treatment coordinator to join our west team in London.
- Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment.
- Use of excel programme in order to track and follow patients.
- Schedule patient treatment appointments; reschedule patients that miss their appointment and call patients that have not completed treatment.
- Manage the general, specialist and hygienist schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time.
- Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals.
- Assist patient with financial arrangements.
- Assist the clinics to obtain relevant signed treatment plan and signed consent treatment plans.
- Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork.
- Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Dentists and specialists and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviours.
- Check patients out.
- Answer and return incoming calls from patients.
- Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and practice policy and guidelines with regards to patient’s records.
- Follow and demonstrate commitment to the Banning Dental Group policies, professional expectations and Service
- Comply with business KPI to meet desired business performance
- To communicate with businesses when necessary to insure level of patient numbers.
