We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Motor Finance department.

Q Legal are an expanding solicitors firm, who predominately deal with mis-sold motor finance and personal injury claims. Our primary focus in the Motor Finance department is helping clients recover compensation for undisclosed commission on car finance agreements and delivering excellent service to clients. We are a fast-moving technology-driven service that leverages that technology to streamline the claims process, offering clients online tools and support to initiate and track their claims efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for clients, reviewing documents, identification checks and answering ongoing queries.
- Liaise with lenders, to gather relevant documentation and information necessary for claims.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
- Answering calls from the reception line.
- Various admin tasks on our in-house systems.

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a legal setting or administrator role.
- Telephone confidence.
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills to assess information and support decision-making processes.
- Ability to manage varied tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively..
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
