Role, Experience & Responsibilities:

- Site based role working closely with main contractor site foreman.
- Good knowledge of M&E services.
- Manage day to day site operations and deal with site-based issues.
- Manage site deliveries.
- Carry out daily reports (site Audit reports) for ongoing works related to programme.
- Manage the M&E programme and co-ordinate with the Build team to ensure works are on track
- Good people and man management skills
- Client facing role working in live retail environment.
- Flexible hours due to night and day working plus some weekends.
