**Recruitment Resourcer - Milton Keynes - Up to £26,000 plus bonus.**

Are you ready to take your first step into Recruitment or are you looking for a fresh challenge within Recruitment?

Due to the growth within our Recruitment Team we are looking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our thriving business as a Recruitment Resourcer.

The role will see you working alongside one of our Managers to recruit professionals across the construction market, assisting with filling their roles as well as developing and maintaining our CRM. You will have the opportunity to work on contract and permanent roles throughout the UK.
- This role would be perfect for an existing recruitment resourcer or someone who is new to Recruitment and ready to start their Recruitment career.
- You will need to be hardworking, driven and determined to make sure that you deliver excellent customer service.
- You will receive full training including, external, Internal and online training, plus a mentor to ensure you have all the tools in your toolkit to be able to recruit to a high standard and receive market leading commission payments.

As a Resourcer you will find yourself on the career pathway to becoming a Junior Recruitment Consultant, with the expectation and training programme to promotion within 6 to 12 months.
- You will need to be able to communicate clearly in writing, in person and over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work well in a team and under pressure to deliver to tight deadlines.
- A background in Sales, Recruitment or Customer Service would be desirable.
