**Seasonal 4 on 4 off. 6- Wheeler LPG multidrop Tanker Driver**

**Role**

**Northern Energy are currently looking for a self motivated driver ideally with a knowledge and qualifications from working in the fuel industry**

**The role involves loading a rigid 6 wheel tanker at our site near Marton Cum Grafton, York and delivering to our customers on LPG bulk tanks (not bottles/cylinders).**

**Most of our customers are Domestic premises living off grid as well as commercial customers such as factories, hotels, caravan parks and agriculture.**

**We are looking for someone who can work independently and unsupervised, whilst providing the highest level of customer care.**

**Position**

**We have one position which will be available from mid October, initially you may be working from our Hampsthwaite site ( nr Harrogate).**

**This is a seasonal role until the end of April 2025 on a 4 on 4 off pattern, we are ideally looking for someone who has a summer job, such as agriculture, construction, summer sports or events who needs work in the winter from mid October.**

**Essential Skills**
- Class2 with experience of delivery to sites with difficult access.
- Maximum of 3 points on their licence.
- Excellent English and communications as customer relations are encouraged
- ADR - Core, Class 2, 3 & Tank minimum.

**Preferred**
- Driving Manual split box trucks
- Full Drivers CPC
- Safely operate a tanker truck to transport liquid cargo to designated locations

**PACKAGE**
- **Salary £15.40 PH -- £21.00 OT After 40 hours Including PAID Breaks**
- **Winter Retainer Bonus of £600 Paid in January & April Pro Rata**

**. Driver bonus £300 per quarter**
- 16 days hol + 8 statutory Bank Holidays - Pro Rata
- Start date **Mid October**
- Multiple Paid social events
- Minimum two week paid induction and training
- All Trucks are Volvo and Scania

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £15.40-£21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
