As a **Team Leader**, you will be required to oversee two of our 24/7 packages in Burnham-on-Sea.

You will be responsible for supervising around 10 (day and night) staff and ensuring these care packages run smoothly with the help of our Management team.

One lady has **Multiple Sclerosis** and the other has **Alzheimer’s disease**, so it is essential you have experience.

The lady with Alzheimer’s disease lives in her family home, she requires support with personal care, meals, medication, companionship and activities. She has a love of music and enjoys nothing more than an ice cream at the seaside.

The other lady has Multiple Sclerosis. She requires support with personal care, medication, nutrition and hydration via PEG, catheter care, monitoring of her general health, household tasks and companionship.
She is a huge fan of David Bowie and Leonard Cohen and although a quiet lady, she enjoys company and having her nails painted or hair plaited.

This is a **full time position**, in which your working time will be shared between these two care packages.

You will provide hands on care for 70% of your working week and the other 30% will be for other tasks such as staff training, competency checks and admin tasks such as updating care plans, ordering medication and liaising with health professionals.

Working hours and start/finish times vary between 07:00-22:00
