**Assistant Manager - Harrogate**
**Salary**: £26,000 - £31,000
**Hours: Full Time**
Our client is a market leader in their field and currently recruiting for a new exciting position to be their new Assistant Manager.

**The successful Assistant Manager will receive**:
- Up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience;
- Quarterly bonus scheme (up to 15% of salary annually);

**As our Assistant Manager, you will have full autonomy to drive the business to achieve long-term profitability and be responsible for making sure your venue performs to the best of its abilities, you will need**:
- Supporting the Venue & Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the venue, doing everything you can to make sure our customers have the possible experience whilst in our venue.
- Delivering training to Team Members
- Delegating with the rest of the management team responsible for Team Member recruitment, social media marketing, film scheduling, and stock taking amongst other important duties.
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality and ensure that the teams they lead and work in the share this.
- Possess a huge personality and are not afraid to use it.
- A love for food, drink, customer service, and, above all else, people.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with bags of business savvy and self-drive.
- Have previous experience as an Assistant Manager and a background in customer service-focused hospitality
- Be willing to work usual hospitality hours - (Latest 1am on busy nights).
The role would involve regularly finishing after midnight, please ensure you are flexible to work to this time.
