We are looking for an organised sales administrator to join our team. This role will be working with our fantastic and friendly sales team, supporting them with all post-sale admin, allowing them to focus on sales.

All we ask is that you are driven, hungry to learn and able to complete tasks with high attention to detail.

1st Choice Insurance is a fast-growing commercial insurance broker based in Shrewsbury, servicing 1,000s of clients throughout the UK. We provide insurance solutions to businesses of all sizes in many sectors. Our main insurance products include commercial motor, fleet, motor trade, commercial property, commercial combined, tradesmen and liabilities. We also have a full suite of additional products, such as a GAP and breakdown.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Complete all post-sale admin tasks, such as updating a customer’s file within digital CRM and sending clients documents.
- Check all new business files have been completed accurately using your post-sale checklist.
- Liaise internally with accounts departments to ensure all loans are correctly communicated.
- Update client files and ensure all notes have been completed and all files are attached for our client services team.
- Ensure high accuracy of data input and liaise with the sales team if any issue arises.

Pay: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
