We're looking for a Head of Supplier Management to build a newly created team & capability around how we generate value with & from our third party partners.

In this role you will reports into the Group Procurement Director; Procurement sit within the evoke Finance function and are responsible for the management of all third party spend across the evoke group.

You will be accountable for establishing and leading supplier management capability at evoke. With a key objective of improving value delivery and leading a reset of positioning evoke as a 'customer of choice' with strategically identified partners.

You'll lead a small team of supplier managers across multiple categories/suppliers, and will be responsible for shaping post contract relationships, supplier strategy, performance management & risk mitigation. Working closely with Procurement team to improve commercial discipline and embed supplier management into sourcing strategy & execution.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Designing and implementing an enterprise supplier management framework
- Establishing and managing key metrics to drive performance of identified suppliers
- Driving performance, innovation, commercial value and ESG elements within our supply base
- Managing supplier strategic relationships, manage contract performance, delivery & reputational risk
- Up skilling business teams and embed supplier management best practice across the organisation
- Acting as escalation point for significant performance/contract issues.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Expert knowledge of Supplier Management best practice, across a global and disparate supply base and be able to evidence successful build & delivery of Supplier Management capability in a green/brownfield environment
- Experience working at pace and in conditions of ambiguity with excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of managing direct and matrix style teams with contracting skills
- Data driven and pragmatic experience of supplier performance tools and their implementation.
