Flexible work available, full time and part time opportunities based around your availability. Opportunities available for experienced care workers and support workers or for anyone new to the sector who is interested in gaining experience and training.

We are currently recruiting for a support worker based in or around Oxford to work within a residential home supporting young people with autism and learning disabilities between 10 and 19 years old. This role will be based in a residential property working with a fantastic team of staff to provide the best care for the residents.

We will work around your availability regarding shifts and hours, usual shift times for this client would be morning shifts, evening shifts, long days and weekends. If you are looking for specific hours please do get in touch as we will have a number of other opportunities available as well.

This role will involve providing companionship to the young people you are supporting, helping them with meals and medication, providing personal care and encouraging them to develop their independence and communications skills. A full induction will be carried out on your first shift with this client and training will be provided.
